CREAMY | TANGY | SIMPLE

ingredients

  • 1 c olive oil

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tsp anchovy paste

  • 2 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz red wine vinegar

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. blend all the ingredients together in food processor or blender until combined and creamy.

  2. enjoy!

tips

  • the dressing may solidify in fridge, if so, let thaw at room temperature and then blend to recombine components

  • avoid over-dressing your salad by tossing the lettuce and dressing a little bit at a time in a large serving bowl prior to serving

  • store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
