CREAMY | TANGY | SIMPLE
ingredients
1 c olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp anchovy paste
2 oz lemon juice
1 oz red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
recipe
blend all the ingredients together in food processor or blender until combined and creamy.

tips
the dressing may solidify in fridge, if so, let thaw at room temperature and then blend to recombine components
avoid over-dressing your salad by tossing the lettuce and dressing a little bit at a time in a large serving bowl prior to serving
store in air-tight container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
