super easy, super yummy blueberry smoothie

5 ingredients, folks. that’s it.

  • 1/4 c frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (OR unsweetened vanilla coconut milk)

  • 2 T ground flaxseeds

  • 2 T chia seeds

  • 1 T almond butter (OR peanut butter)

Blend it! Enjoy! Drink up those antioxidants.

PRO TIP: looking for more boost? Add your favorite protein powder, just know you may have to add more liquid to cut the thickness. I also like to add 1 tsp of vanilla extract when I’m feeling fancy.
